We will assist you in working with our preferred lenders to have the project fully approved prior to construction. This will allow us to plan and design the home with your specific budget in mind.

Step 2 – Acquire the land
No two properties are the same. We have found that it is best to include us in your decision of land acquisition as early in the process as possible.  Bring us your own property or we can find you one.

Step 3 – Home Plan Design
We work with you overall budget in mind throughout this process. Once we establish the land portion of the budget it allows us to customize your floor plan either from our library of homes or start from scratch.

Step 4 – Customize specifications and finishes
This will allow us to complete the budget process and give you a full cost of your new capital custom home.

Step 5 – Building your dream home
We will take on full responsibilities of construction management throughout the process. Our expert planning allows us a through and effective building process. Our customers appreciate our “no surprise” approach to building their dream home.

We will start by identifying the lot advising on the best location and type of foundation for your home. With proper planning this can be a wonderful way to save money on construction costs. With our in house design team we can customize a floor plan to your needs or use one of our many great floor plans. When the plans are complete, we will work with you to make your selections for interior and exterior finishes. Our pre-construction process is a very through and efficient process that allows us to have every detail complete before we get started on construction.
